Social Media - Mental Health

What we show online doesn't, at a substantial level, reflect in real life. 

It's pretty common to listen or read that people are in an inclined tendency to showcase superiority relative inferiority in social media but in reality, based on my observation of my surrounding community, it tells a different tale.

It may also affect your mental health directly or indirectly depending on your mental tolerance/capacity.

Take care of your mental health. Breaks from social media may help as a start. I experimented over a span of a year, it worked. 

It's on you now to decide how do you want to manage it.
