People may say that person Y is lucky but to me, I put it this way.
Person Y is as such because he or she deserves it based on their previous deeds in life and the way to improve it in the next life is by doing good in the present life. They may have suffered in their previous life before they deserve to receive what they should be at their current life.
Thus, you should not be jealous or be envy of others. Instead, you should be taking it positively as a test in your current life which will determine how your next life will go if you were to be reincarnated.
